Comprehensive Dog Park Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Community Space
Welcome to our community dog park, a vibrant space where dogs and their families can enjoy relaxation and socialisation in a secure, off-leash environment. To ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Community Cap: The park accommodates up to 10 dogs at any given time to prevent overcrowding and ensure everyone has space to play.
2. Kindness and Consideration: All visitors, both human and canine, should be treated with respect. Our park thrives on a friendly and respectful community spirit.
3. Gate Courtesy: Assist in maintaining a smooth flow at the entrance and exit by securing your dog with a lead or holding their collar as others come in or out.
4. Respect Personal Space: If a dog or their owner needs space, please be understanding and redirect your pet's attention elsewhere.
5. Amenities for All: Enjoy the variety of amenities provided, including seating areas for humans, pools, ball pits, agility courses, and toys for dogs. These are here for your and your pet's enjoyment and relaxation.
6. Creating a Joyful Community: This park is designed as a place for dogs and their owners to unwind and have fun in a secure setting. It's an opportunity to meet new friends and strengthen the bond with your furry family member.
7. Assistance Available: Our staff will be on-site to provide help or guidance as needed. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need assistance.
8. No Dogs in Heat: Female dogs in heat must refrain from visiting the park to avoid unnecessary tension or conflicts. Females must be at least 8 weeks out of season before they can attend.
9. Clean-Up Duty: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please bring bags and dispose of waste in designated bins to keep the park clean for everyone.
10. Owner Responsibility: You are responsible for your dog's behavior. Ensure your dog is insured, fully vaccinated, and socialised.
11. Child Policy: For safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted in the park unless during a privately booked hour. This policy helps ensure the safety and comfort of all park visitors.
12. Perks for Regulars: Our regular dog daycare clients and their dogs will enjoy preferential booking slots and discounts as a token of our appreciation for their loyalty.
13. Enter at Your Own Risk: Visitors enter and use the dog park at their own risk. We strive to maintain a safe environment, but it's important for everyone to be aware of and accept the inherent risks involved in a dog park setting.
