  • Can I bring my children?
    For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not permitted.
  • Can I bring my dog who is not fully socialised?
    No, unless they are under 6 months of age. All dogs must be fully socialised to attend our play park.
  • Can I pay on the day?
    We ask that all our visitors book online prior to attending.
  • Can I bring my own dogs toys & treats?
    Yes, however please be mindful of sharing and potential conflicts with other dogs over toys and treats. We have tennis balls throughout the park that can be used.
  • Can I host a private event or party?
    We offer private hire for breed groups, birthday parties etc. Please text Greig for more information.
  • Are there toilets?
    Yes we have toilets within our park for visitors.
  • Can I leave my dog with you?
    No, this is not doggy daycare. You are responsible for your own dog at all times.
  • Does my dog have to be fully vaccinated?
    Yes, to protect the health of all our dog visitors.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation for refunds is 48 hours notice.
  • Do you offer a discounted rate for more than 1 dog?
    At this moment due to limited spaces we do not offer a discount. However we intend in the next few months to offer a discounted rate for additional dogs from the same home.
  • Is there a discounted rate if I am a regular dog day care client?
    Yes, DDC clients receive discounted rate of £6 per hour. The code will be at reception and will be changed monthly.
  • Are there amenities provided for dog owners?
    Yes, we have chairs and benches throughout the facility. We also have water stations throughout the park for the dogs..
  • Do I need to clean up after my dog?
    Yes, there are cleaning stations and bins. Please ensure that you clean up properly after your dog.
  • Is there car parking?
    Yes, we have spaces with external CCTV. Be mindful that they can be filled quickly. There is additional parking along Whitehouse Road.
  • Are there any restrictions on the use of e collars or similar?
    Yes, we do not allow ecollars, choke chains, prong collars in our dog park.
  • How many friends can I bring with me?
    Maximum 2 adults per dog.
  • My dog is not fully socialised, Can I hire exclusively?
    Yes, however please TEXT Greig for spaces and pricing.
  • Do I need a PayPal account to purchase a play hour at Stirling Dog Park?
    No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase a play hour at Stirling Dog Park. We offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit card payments through paypal, allowing for a convenient and hassle-free booking experience. Simply choose the payment method that works best for you during the checkout process.
